To help prevent cancer, making lifestyle changes is important. These steps can be taken for cancer prevention:

Avoid Tobacco

Quit smoking and avoid using any tobacco products. Also, stay away from secondhand smoke

Eat a healthy diet

Incorporate plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins into your meals. Reduce your intake of processed foods, red meat, and sugary drinks.

Maintain a healthy weight

Strive to achieve and maintain a healthy weight through a balanced diet and regular physical activity

Stay physically active:

Engage in regular exercise for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week.

Protect yourself from the sun

Limit exposure to the sun, especially during peak hours, and use sunscreen with a high SPF, wear protective clothing, and seek shade when necessary.
